Welcome to Abu Huzaifa Store. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders to customers in Pakistan, UAE, and USA.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • In case of high order volume, processing may take longer. You will be notified of any expected delays.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Pakistan

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  • United States of America (USA)

If your location is not listed, please contact us to check availability.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location and the courier service available.

Pakistan:

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days

  • Shipping via local courier services.

UAE:

  • Delivery Time: 5–10 business days

  • Shipping via international courier partners.

USA:

  • Delivery Time: 7–14 business days

  • Shipping via international courier partners.

Note: Delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier delays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees vary based on destination, product type, and weight.

  • Final shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Free shipping may be available during promotions or on specific products.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with:

  • Tracking Number

  • Courier Service Name

  • Tracking Link (if available)

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.


6. Incorrect Address Information

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost packages caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer

If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped yet, we will update it for you.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For UAE and USA shipments:

  • Import taxes, customs duties, or additional charges may apply.

  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs clearance processes may cause additional delivery delays.


8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

We work with reliable courier partners; however, delays or lost packages can occur.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, contact us and we will coordinate with the courier for an update.


9. Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and product.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will investigate and offer replacement or refund options based on our policy.
